Litigation

This is how you assert your rights.

We advise and represent our clients in all disputes of civil, commercial and business law as well as in contentious public proceedings. We represent our clients before all Swiss courts and arbitral tribunals in civil proceedings and related proceedings, such as precautionary measures, the attachment and seizure of assets, or the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

Our focus is on complex and international disputes under commercial law and the Swiss Code of Obligations and thus primarily on civil litigation, debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings and arbitration. Due to our specialisations, we conduct administrative proceedings for our clients and accompany them in criminal proceedings relating to cybercrime and white-collar crime.
